Collection Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Collection Officer who is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers or clients while maintaining positive relationships and complying with legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or letters to collect overdue payments.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts according to company policy.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
• Monitor assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Ensure timely recovery of receivables.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Finance and Business Administration
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in collections and credit control.
• Experience handling delinquent accounts and payment negotiations.
• Familiarity with aging reports and credit terms.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
