Collection Officer

• Department: Property Management Office (Pasay)
• Main Objective: Drive billing and collection targets using the corporate iFAE system and CHEFS+SPACE Operating System while managing account records and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collections & Finance:

  • Achieve collection targets according to approved Billing and Collection policies.
  • Submit timely, accurate Collection Reports to Property and Financial Heads.
  • Support the Property Manager (PM) with property-related financial and administrative tasks.

• Systems & Data Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date manual and automated records (including Customer 201 files and account tagging) in the iFAE system.
  • Keep all financial documents secure and restricted from unauthorized access.

• Operations & Customer Relations:

  • Maintain healthy, professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the Building Engineer (BE) to strictly implement disconnection policies when required.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to address customer sanitation or housekeeping concerns.
  • Strictly adhere to the CHEFS+SPACE Operating System.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in collections, property finance, or accounts receivable.
• College Graduate of Business Admin, Finance, and accounting.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and absolute confidentiality.
