Job Responsibilities:
Make reminder calls to customers in Bucket 0, 1, 2, and 3 for loan repayment and recovery.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
Maintain daily collection records and update customer details.
Handle tele-calling and coordinate with field staff whenever required.
Ensure professional communication and compliance with RBI/NBFC collection guidelines.
Requirements:
110 years of experience in telecollections or loan recovery.
Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Target-oriented approach with effective customer-handling skills.
