Collection Officer

In this role, you won't just chase numbers—you will take ownership of our subscription revenue cycle, expertly balancing revenue recovery with the exceptional customer care Carbar is known for. What you'll be doing

• Daily monitoring, following up and recording on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collection of subscription charge, chargebacks and other receivables
• Daily action of contacting customer via phone, sms and email in attempt to esure collection are done accroding to company policy
• Negotiate payment plans with customers, aiming at recovery while maintaining positive customer relations
• Maintaining accurate daily customer account records
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding accounts, payment collections, and recovery progress
• Work closely with debt collector and repossession agent for recovery escalation
• Maintaining documentation evidence for court proceeding

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a debt collection role, preferably within the finance industry
• Excellent command of conversational English
• Well organized and discipline in term of activities recording and follow up
• Able to translate activities into a structured report and provide insight
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge in Australian debt collection processes would be an absolute advantage
