Collection Section Head

• Develop and implement marketing and collection strategies to achieve the company's collection targets
• Monitor and evaluate collection performance, ensuring timey collection of customer payments and reduction of outstanding receivables.
• Analyze collection trends, customer behavior, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage customer complaints related to collections and ensure timely resolution
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with customers, local government units, business partners and other stakeholders.
