What they need
You will support a global business services company as a Collection Specialist to manage customer payments, collections, and account records.
What you will do
- Manage assigned customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
- Contact customers to resolve payment and billing concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice-related issues
- Help achieve collections targets and maintain accurate account records
What we are looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections
- Work experience in BPO is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
