What they need
Key responsibilities
- Follow up and collect outstanding receivables
- Post payments and reconcile accounts
- Prepare reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with brokers, clients, and internal teams
- Other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections
- Experience in the HMO, healthcare, insurance, banking, or service industry is preferred
- Experience in handling corporate accounts, brokers, agents, and customer collections
- Familiarity with aging reports, account reconciliation, and collection procedures
- Experience using accounting systems, or collection management tools is an advantage
- Proven experience in collection follow-ups, payment negotiations, and dispute resolution.
