Collection Specialist (Mindanao)

About the role

This role involves conducting field audits to validate and check overdue accounts on a per territory and outlet basis, preparing and presenting reports that reflect collection findings and results, and conducting follow-up collection audits to settle issues and concerns on overdue accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field audit to validate and check overdue account on a per territory and outlet basis
• Prepare and present report that reflects collection findings/results
• Conduct follow-up collection audit to settle issues and concerns on the overdue account
• Record and monitor every visited outlet
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize bad debts and improve collection efficiency
• Collect and analyze data related to payment history and collection efforts to identify areas for improvement
