Collection Staff (Auto) - LTC

Your Role

The Collection Assistant (Auto) is to support our Asset Quality Management team in preserving portfolio quality, improving collection performance, and helping customers find workable payment solutions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely loan repayments, maintaining positive customer experience, and supporting the bank’s asset quality objectives through proactive collection and account-management activities.

Your Impact

• Perform collection activities and execute collection processes for assigned Auto Loan accounts.
• Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers through phone calls, mail, SMS, and electronic messaging.
• Work on both regular delinquent accounts and High Value At Risk accounts, including Non-Starters, Multiple Accounts, Truck Loans, and other large-balance accounts.
• Facilitate customer requests and address payment-related concerns.
• Secure Statements of Account (SOA) and payment history information.
• Endorse and facilitate requests such as check deferment, change of payment mode, and waiver requests.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of collection activities and account updates in the Loan Collection System (LCS).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support account resolution and recovery initiatives.
• Assist in achieving prescribed collection, leakage, and retention-rate targets.

Your Profile

• Graduate of any 4-year Business-Related Course.
• At least 2 years of collections experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
