About the role
This role involves field collection and remedial activities, including direct visits to debtors for payment collection and negotiation, monitoring of outstanding payments, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct direct visits to debtors whose payments exceed the due date to perform collection and payment negotiation
- Build good communication with debtors to obtain payment commitments
- Ensure the collection process runs according to company procedures and regulations
- Conduct surveys and analysis of outlets
- Monitor units that have not made payments
- Conduct visits, collection and direct withdrawal to outlets
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
About you
- Minimum education: SMA (all majors)
- Minimum 2 years experience as Collection
- Own vehicle, SIM C or SIM A
- Enjoy field work
- Possess integrity, able to work under pressure and work individually or in teams
- Have negotiation skills in collection and agreed payment arrangements
- Preferably domiciled in the Bali area
