- Manage collection activities and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Contact customers regarding payment status and payment arrangements.
- Negotiate payment solutions in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and update customer payment status, outstanding balances, and collection progress.
- Manage, update, and maintain accurate customer and collection data in the company system/database.
- Review and analyze collection data to identify overdue accounts and required follow-ups.
- Prepare regular collection reports and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations regarding payment status, collection issues, and data discrepancies.
- Follow up and escalate overdue or problematic accounts when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of collection activities and customer communication.
- Perform other collection-related administrative and data management tasks as required.
