About the role
Conduct direct collection activities with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances. Ensure collection activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable OJK regulations. Negotiate and resolve overdue payments and outstanding customer obligations.

- Conduct direct collection activities with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding balances
- Ensure collection activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable OJK regulations
- Negotiate and resolve overdue payments and outstanding customer obligations
- Monitor assigned accounts and perform regular follow-ups
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external related parties to support collection activities
About you
- Bachelor degree at relevant major
- Minimum experience in Collection, preferably in a multifinance company
- Experience handling heavy equipment financing, vehicle financing, investment financing, or operating lease is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and field collection skills
- Good understanding of collection processes and OJK regulations
- Hold SPPI K4 Certification
