Collection Strategy and Analytics - Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

As a Collection Strategy & Analytics – Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Monitor key collection performance indicators and present findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to management during regular weekly meetings.
2. Work closely with the Collections team to ensure alignment between collection strategies and operational execution.
3. Regularly evaluate and optimize collection strategies through data-driven analysis, performance monitoring, and feedback loops.
4. Collaborate with the Data Science team to integrate advanced analytics and data-driven solutions into collection strategies.
5. Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across different collection strategies to identify the most effective approaches and improve recovery performance.
6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve collection effectiveness, efficiency, and overall portfolio performance.
7. Participate in new product and program launches, as well as process improvement and change implementation initiatives.
8. Coordinate task prioritization and ensure alignment across relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in Collections, Risk Management, Strategy, Data Analytics, or a related role.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and statistical tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, or R.
4. Experience working with collection management systems, decision engines, or similar platforms is preferred.
5. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a regional or cross-functional environment.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while adapting to changing business needs.
9. Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
