Collection Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise in-house and outsourced collection teams to achieve recovery targets and SLA requirements.
• Monitor collection performance, including PTP and high-risk accounts.
• Evaluate outsourced agency performance to ensure collection quality and efficiency.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate improvement actions to enhance recovery results.
• Ensure collection activities comply with the Debt Collection Act, PDPA, and company policies.
• Prepare and analyse collection reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Coordinate with related departments on portfolio management, legal processes, and complaint handling.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
• 4–7 years of experience in collection, debt recovery, or debt management, with team supervision experience.
• Experience in hire-purchase or consumer NPL portfolios is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Debt Collection Act B.E. 2558, PDPA, and collection compliance.
• Understanding of outsourced agency management, SLA, and performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
