What they need
What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze Collection Data Monitoring data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct quality checks on debt collection activities to ensure compliance with applicable debt collection regulations.
- Coordinate with the Collection team and relevant stakeholders to communicate findings and provide feedback.
- Consolidate inspection results, prepare reports, and analyze data to support continuous process and quality improvement.
- Support other tasks and projects as assigned.
Who We're Looking For?
- Currently a Bachelor’s degree student in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Available for a 4–6 months internship on weekdays (Monday–Friday) during office hours.
