Collection Support

The Core Objectives:

1. The primary objective of the role is to maximize the recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

2. Expected to adhere to company policies and legal regulations

3. Ensuring ethical and respectful interaction

Criteria:

1. Min. D3 and experience in debt / desk collection or a similar rolens with customers at all times

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

1. Knowledge of financial products and services

2. Certification in credit and collections or related field.

3. Proficient in using collection management software
