Collection - Team Lead

Location: Upper Mckinley, Taguig City

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage daily scheduling, staff arrangement, new recruit training and onthe-

job coaching to improve team collection capability and stability.

2. Decompose monthly and quarterly repayment targets, assign individual

tasks, follow up daily progress to ensure team performance delivery.

3. Deliver company policies, collection strategies and compliance

requirements; collect frontline feedback and coordinate between

management and the team.

4. Take charge of difficult, long-overdue and high-complaint cases, assist in

negotiation and repayment recovery to reduce bad debt and complaint

rate.

5. Supervise team compliant collection, spot-check call recordings and

follow-up records to avoid violations and compliance risks in the

Philippines.

6. Collect daily/weekly/monthly collection data, complete performance review

and work reports, and optimize team collection strategies.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in banks, fintech or Philippine

lending companies; 1+ year team management experience is preferred.

2. Capable of team building, motivation and process management to improve

team efficiency and overall recovery performance.

3. Good at communicating and executing top-down instructions,

implementing company policies and solving frontline work problems

efficiently.

4. Familiar with Philippine post-loan collection procedures, local customer

habits and compliance rules; experienced in handling overdue and difficult

cases.

5. Strong result-oriented mindset and data analysis ability; able to adjust

collection strategies based on data performance.

6. Self-disciplined, abide by company rules; no access to social media during

working hours.

7. Proficient in English and Tagalog; able to work under pressure,

responsible with no bad industry records.

8. High school diploma or above; Finance related major is preferred
