Collection Team Leader

A collection team leader manages a group of debt recovery specialists. They drive daily and monthly recovery targets, monitor performance metrics, coach staff, handle escalated disputes, and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. [1, 2, 3]Core Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate 10 to 15 collection agents or specialists.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like recovery rates, call resolution, and productivity.
• Escalation Handling: Take charge of difficult customer disputes and high-risk accounts.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to industry standards, internal rules, and local regulations.
• Coaching & Feedback: Conduct regular performance reviews, call monitoring, and skills training. [1, 2, 4]

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in debt collection or finance, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, data analytics, and communication abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM software, collection management systems, and Microsoft Office.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
