We are looking for a Collection Executive to handle customer calls and follow up on pending payments.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collection/voice process preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Comfortable handling outbound calls.
- Ability to achieve collection targets.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
Pay: ₹34,000.00 per month
