What they need
Collections Agent - Remote
We are looking for a reliable and confident Collections Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, arranging payments, and keeping accurate records of all collection activities.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding overdue balances
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
- Discuss payment options and arrange payment plans
- Follow up on payment commitments
- Update customer records and document call outcomes
- Resolve account concerns professionally
- Meet collection and productivity targets
- Follow company policies and privacy requirements
About you
- Previous collections, customer service, sales, or call centre experience is preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Able to work independently and meet targets
- Willing to work assigned shifts
