Collections Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking Field Collections Agents to support collection and debt recovery activities across multiple locations nationwide. The ideal candidate has hands-on field collections experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to conduct field visits and engage customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for payment collection and account follow-up.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
• Perform collection and debt recovery activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment commitments.
• Submit timely updates and reports regarding assigned accounts.
• Travel within assigned areas to complete field collection activities.

Required Experience

• 3–6 months of experience in field collections, debt collection, debt recovery, credit and collections, or a related role.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience handling customer accounts or delinquent accounts.
• Experience conducting field visits and customer follow-ups.
• Experience working in financial services, lending, credit, or related industries.

Required Skills

• Field Collections & Debt Recovery — Ability to conduct field collection activities and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Customer Communication & Negotiation — Ability to communicate professionally and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Motorcycle Riding & Field Mobility — Own motorcycle and ability to travel within assigned collection areas.
