About the Role

As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end B2B collection strategies, managing dispute resolutions, and implementing best practices to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) in a shared services environment supporting US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B collection strategies and deduction resolution to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Manage customer accounts, collections, and dispute resolutions directly with US-based stakeholders.
• Leverage the HighRadius Collections module to monitor accounts, streamline workflows, and track payment trends.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external client contacts to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B Collections / Accounts Receivable.
• Direct working experience using the HighRadius Collections module.
• Proven track record in customer collections, dispute management, and deduction resolution.
• Experience working within a multinational or shared services center environment.
• Ability to work full onsite in Manila on a US night shift schedule (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Good-to-Have

• Demonstrated track record of leading process improvements that directly reduced DSO.
