Collections Associate (B2B - Remote)

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the collections strategy, continuously initiate strategies in optimising debt collection and credit management activities to control delinquency and manage credit losses.
• Responsible for all collection management activities via telephone calls, emails, and other necessary actions.
• Monitoring of loan accounts, follow up on payments, liaising with borrowers on all queries and apply negotiation strategies to ensure successful recovery of overdue payments.
• Reconcile collection efforts and financial data accurately within the system.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to establish efficient collection processes and workflows by keeping up with industry best practices.
• Provide updates on all account status and collection efforts to senior management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of finance-related or business course; Accounting graduates an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivables and debt collection, ideally in a B2B environment
• Good communication skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills; able to maintain professionalism during difficult conversations
• Proven ability to perform detailed reconciliations with excellent numerical accuracy
• Proficiency with loan management systems
• Meticulous and demonstrate keen attention to detail
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Experience working with international companies preferred

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
