Collections Associate

This position is primarily responsible for implementing collection activities to ensure the timely payment of clients’ outstanding balances and loan dues. The position is also responsible for maintaining the collection system and related records.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Business, Finance, Accounting, or other related course.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Knowledge of collection procedures and basic accounting principles
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of collection laws and procedures is an advantage.
• Proficient in records management and documentation.
• Willing to handle both office-based and fieldwork.
• Amenable to work in Makati City.
