Collections Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Collections Assistant is responsible for monitoring of overdue and outstanding loan accounts assigned to him/her for collection.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Mainly responsible for monitoring of overdue and outstanding loan accounts for collection.

2. Prepare Collection Notice/s immediately after determination of action and collection workplan.

3. Prepare itinerary prior to field work and client calls for a systematic execution of collection workplan (if applicable)

4. Attend court procedures and hearings for various legal cases filed against delinquent accounts.

5. Process Title Transfer (if applicable).

6. Perform duties and responsibilities required under the latest manual of operations pertaining to the position.

7. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 years Business Course
• Preferably with driver's license
• has at least an experience in the same capacity
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work in Shaw Mandaluyong City
• Can start ASAP
