Collections Associate

We are looking for a Collections Associate to support the Bank’s Cards and Personal Loans portfolio by engaging with customers, facilitating payment arrangements, and helping manage delinquent accounts.

This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, results-driven, and comfortable handling conversations with clients while balancing service excellence and collection targets. The position is part of the Cards & Personal Loans Collections team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contact customers through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels regarding overdue card and personal loan accounts.
• Discuss account status and payment options while providing professional and customer-centric service.
• Negotiate and recommend appropriate payment arrangements based on customer circumstances and established guidelines.
• Monitor assigned accounts and follow up on payment commitments.
• Accurately document customer interactions, commitments, and collection activities in the system.
• Investigate and resolve account-related concerns by coordinating with relevant teams when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies, regulatory requirements, and customer data privacy standards.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting collection and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related, finance, management, or equivalent course.
