Collections Executive – B2B

Alliance Medical Systems is looking for a Collections Executive – B2B to manage customer outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables from hospitals, institutions, dealers, and other business customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments through calls, emails, and regular communication.
• Coordinate with hospitals, institutions, dealers, and corporate customers regarding outstanding invoices.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers based on agreed payment terms.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams regarding pending payments and customer issues.
• Identify overdue accounts and escalate long-pending payments to management.
• Resolve payment-related queries, invoice issues, and account discrepancies in coordination with the Accounts team.
• Maintain proper records of customer commitments, follow-ups, and payment status.
• Prepare daily/weekly collection reports and update management on collection progress.
• Support the Accounts team in maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments related to equipment sale, and other business transactions, as applicable.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA preferred.
• 1–10 years of experience in B2B collections, Accounts Receivable, credit control, or payment follow-up.
• Experience dealing with corporate customers, hospitals, institutions, or dealers will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making regular customer calls and following up on payments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain ageing reports and follow-up records.
• Good coordination skills with Sales and Accounts teams.
• Should be persistent, professional, and comfortable handling payment-related discussions.

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with experience in healthcare, medical equipment, hospital supplies, distribution, or other B2B businesses will be preferred.
