Collections Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and lead a large collections team of approximately 7080 members.
• Drive collection performance and ensure achievement of business and productivity targets.
• Manage and monitor dialer operations, dialer funnel, and data churn.
• Track and analyze IVR churn and take corrective actions to improve collection efficiency.
• Monitor team productivity, call performance, conversion, and collection metrics.
• Prepare and analyze collection reports using MS Excel.
• Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collection operations.
• Mentor, motivate, and manage Collection TLs/AMs and the overall team.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• Proven experience in in-house/in-house collections.
• Experience as Collection TL / Assistant Manager / Collection Manager.
• Strong experience in large-scale team handling (70–80 members).
• Hands-on knowledge of dialer, dialer funnel, data churn, and IVR churn.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS/reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15–30 days will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

An experienced collections professional with strong team leadership, operational understanding, dialer expertise, and data-driven collection management skills, preferably from a BFSI/fintech/financial services environment.
