We are looking for an experienced Project Payment Collection Manager to drive project billing, receivables, and timely payment collections across our lighting infrastructure projects.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage project billing, RA Bills, and collection schedules .
• Track project milestones and ensure timely invoice submission .
• Drive follow-ups with clients, contractors, PMCs, and end customers for payment realization.
• Monitor receivables aging and take proactive recovery actions.
• Resolve payment blockers including debit notes, variation approvals, documentation gaps, disputes, and penalties .
• Coordinate with Project, Finance, Commercial, Contracts, Engineering, and Legal teams .
• Manage retention money, final bills, bank guarantees, and post-project receivables .
• Prepare weekly/monthly collection reports, forecasts, and aging analysis for management.
• Monitor high-risk overdue accounts and recommend appropriate recovery actions.

🎯 Candidate Profile

• 7–12 years of experience in Project Billing, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Commercial Management.
• Experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure / Electrical / Lighting / Engineering projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RA Bills, project billing, collections, retention, and payment terms .
• Excellent client coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and recovery skills .
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems .
• Highly organized, analytical, and target-oriented .
