Ensure Gross NPA is maintained below 0.65% across the portfolio.
Keep overall delinquency (DPD 1+) below 2% through effective monitoring and controls.
Drive fresh bounce resolution within defined timelines to improve POS-level recovery.
Monitor bounce-to-resolution ratio on POS (%) and ensure early corrective action.
Implement strong early bucket collection strategies to prevent slippages.
Track portfolio trends through MIS and dashboards and take timely action.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide timely reminders to customers for repayment.
Work with different modes of repayment, including digital methods
Collaborate with the business team to ensure high levels of collection efficiency aligned with organizational goals.
Build and nurture positive relationships with customers in the assigned area.
