About Us
ScaffWorks manufactures and rents cuplock scaffolding to contractors across the UAE. We’re growing fast, and we need someone to make sure our customers pay on time.

The Role
You will own our receivables. You’ll chase overdue invoices, collect cheques, follow up on bounced cheques, and keep customer accounts clean. This is a hands-on job. You’ll be on the phone, meeting site managers and visiting contractor offices, not sitting behind a desk.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all outstanding invoices by phone, email, WhatsApp and in person
• Collect cheques and PDCs from customer offices and project sites
• Send monthly statements of account and agree balances with customers
• Handle bounced cheques: follow up with customers, keep records and support legal cases with documents
• Agree payment plans and settlements, with management approval
• Keep collection records up to date in Odoo ERP
• Send a weekly report on collections, overdue accounts and at-risk customers
• Work with the rental team to stop new deliveries to customers who aren’t paying

Requirements

• 2+ years of collections or credit control experience in the UAE, ideally in construction, equipment rental or trading
• Good knowledge of UAE cheque practice, PDCs and the bounced cheque process
• Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Valid UAE driving licence; own car preferred
• Firm, persistent and professional, able to push for payment without losing the customer
• Comfortable with Excel; Odoo or another ERP is a plus

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
