Collections Representative (AR Caller) - Hospital Billing

Qualification

• Should be a Graduate.
• Should have Hospital Billing Experience.
• Minimum 1 year and above experience in healthcare accounts receivable required (Denial Management).

Role & Responsibilities

• Functional knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations, with experience related to privacy laws, access, and release of information.
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance, including HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Payers.
• In-depth working knowledge of various applications associated with workflow processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Proven efficiency and accuracy in keyboarding and typing skills.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism, with a commitment to client and patient satisfaction.
