Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related or equivalent course
• Hands-on experience in field collections, Accounts Receivable, credit and collections, billing operations, or similar customer-facing field assignments
• Familiar with processing and handling Statements of Account (SOA), Official Receipts (ORs), payment records, and collection-related documentation
• Knowledgeable in collection procedures, payment monitoring, account follow-ups, and customer visit scheduling
• Able to coordinate efficiently with the Finance & Accounting Team, Accounts Receivable Unit, Sales Department, and branch personnel
• Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and email correspondence
• Comfortable using smartphones and other digital communication tools for reporting, updates, and field coordination
• Highly organized with excellent documentation, filing, and record management abilities
• Trustworthy and capable of handling company funds, confidential records, and financial documents responsibly
• Must hold a valid Professional Driver's License and have the ability to operate a motorcycle
• Company service motorcycle will be assigned for official collection activities
• Willing to travel throughout the Zamboanga Area to perform scheduled customer visits
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines
• Ready for Immediate Employment / Can Start ASAP

Job Description

• Conduct scheduled field visits to customers within the assigned territory to facilitate prompt payment collection and account follow-up
• Personally deliver Statements of Account (SOAs), billing notices, and collection documents while obtaining the required customer acknowledgment
• Receive customer payments and ensure all collected funds and supporting documents are properly recorded before turnover to the Finance & Accounting Department
• Safeguard cash collections, Official Receipts, SOAs, and all company-issued documents during field operations
• Maintain constant coordination with the Accounts Receivable Team by providing updates on payment collections, customer visits, overdue accounts, and field activities
• Prepare accurate reports detailing daily collection accomplishments, customer feedback, payment status, and field observations
• Conduct follow-up visits for overdue accounts based on approved collection schedules
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, branch personnel, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of collection activities
• Prepare and submit complete daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports together with all necessary supporting documents
• Represent the company in receiving and delivering collection-related documents within the assigned territory
• Extend operational support to nearby company-owned branches whenever there are no scheduled collection assignments, as instructed by management
• Carry out additional field collection, administrative, and operational duties that may be assigned from time to time
