Collections Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Stoughton, MA that is looking for a Collections Specialist to join their team. This is a contract position (potential to convert) that will be on-site and is paying between $24-$26/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Make a high-volume of collections calls to customers
• Send and respond to collections-related emails
• Analyze and investigate historic aging accounts
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all billing is accurate
• Research and resolve customer credit issues
• Assist in other areas/departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business related field
• Prior collections experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
