Collections Specialist

Hi-Tech Smart Solutions is seeking motivated, results-driven Collections Specialists to join our team. We welcome candidates with varying levels of collections experience who can effectively manage overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and meet collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue balances and payment obligations.
• Conduct collection calls and follow-ups.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and monitor Promises to Pay (PTP).
• Handle customer concerns and delinquent accounts professionally.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Meet collection targets and follow company policies.
• Escalate complex accounts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or college graduate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service oriented and results-driven.
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.

Experience Levels and Starting Salary

• Tier 1: 6 months –1 year and 5 months of experience — Salary to be discussed.
• Tier 2: 1 year and 6 months–4 years and 5 months — PHP 18,000/month.
• Tier 3 – Senior: 4 years and 6 months and above — Salary to be discussed.
