Collections Specialist

This role is permanent, subject to Philippine Labor Law’s Probation and Regularization standards.

The Collections Specialist is responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and

ensuring timely payments. This role helps reduce outstanding balances while maintaining good customer relationships.

• Contact customers via phone, email, or text regarding past-due balances

• Review accounts and identify outstanding payments

• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments

• Update account records accurately in the system

• Resolve billing issues and coordinate with other departments when needed

• Monitor aging reports and prioritize high-risk accounts

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations

• Meet daily and monthly collection targets

• Experience in collections, billing, or customer service is an advantage

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

• Basic computer and data entry skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of collection processes and payment arrangements
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills

A Php 5,000.00 fixed night differential per month.

Work from Home allowance of Php 2,500.00 per month.
