Summary of the role:

Responsible for conducting field collection activities, delivering and submitting collection-related documents, and collecting checks and payments from customers, clients, banks, and other designated locations. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of collection documents, verifies payment details, and facilitates the timely submission and proper turnover of collected payments and supporting documents. In addition, the role involves conducting regular field visits, managing daily collection schedules and assigned routes, maintaining confidentiality of customer information, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient collection operations.

Job Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience in field collection, document delivery, messenger, banking, or similar field-based roles.
• Willing and able to conduct regular field visits to customers, clients, banks, and other locations.
• With experience in collecting checks and payment-related documents and verifying payment details is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail in checking dates, payee names, amounts, signatures, and supporting documents.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle daily field schedules and multiple collection assignments.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to handle company and customer documents with confidentiality and care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills when coordinating with customers and internal teams.
• Physically fit and willing to work primarily in the field and travel to different locations.
• Able to work independently and follow established collection and document-handling procedures.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila or assigned territory routes and locations is an advantage.
• With a valid driver's license and ability to drive a motorcycle.
