SUMMARY: POSITION INFO: Are you equipped to help a dynamic finance team optimise their collections strategy through data-driven insights? We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Strategy Analyst to join a forward-thinking organization in the finance industry. This pivotal role will support our client’s growth by enhancing collection processes and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: Analyse collection data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives aimed at improving collection outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to management. Assist in the refinement of collections models and strategies based on data analysis. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in analytics, preferably within finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings clearly. Solid understanding of collections processes and financial metrics. Familiarity with the following: Financial modelling and forecasting. Data visualisation best practices.
