Job Description

The task is to support the Consumer Collections Center by effectively and efficiently managing the inflow of loan accounts from Current status to 1-30 days past due in an acceptable level, identified from daily Delinquency Report but not reported from the released Total Loan Portfolio.

Furthermore, to provide administrative assistance to other units under Consumer Collections Center to ensure the smooth and quality operations of administrative process. This involves implementing procedures, customer servicing, in order to manage delinquency and recovery ratios targets by the Bank. Directly reporting to the Collections Support Unit Head.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Experience in collections is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
