Collections Team Leader

As a Collections Team Leader, you'll serve as an operational subject matter expert who supports frontline leaders and agents by providing coaching, guidance, and assistance with complex customer scenarios and account inquiries. You'll help drive performance through quality reviews, support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct call audits and quality reviews
• Provide real-time support (LILO)
• Lead jumpstarts and knowledge sessions
• Complete follow-up calls with customers
• Perform performance reporting and trend analysis
• Conduct coaching and talk-offs
• Create and manage chat communications
• Identify performance opportunities and process improvements

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Collections
• At least 2 years of supervisory background
• Leadership and coaching capabilities
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Active listening and constructive feedback abilities
• Knowledge of high-risk accounts, Title & Insurance processes, and escalation procedures
• Performance analysis and reporting expertise
• Organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Customer-focused with effective de-escalation abilities
