Job Responsibilities (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

1. Contact and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments to encourage timely repayment.
2. Explain outstanding balances, payment options, penalties, and related charges to customers.
3. Negotiate repayment plans in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
4. Record collection results, payment commitments, and follow-up actions in the company’s system.
5. Handle customer inquiries and payment disputes, coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
6. Achieve assigned collection targets while complying with company policies and applicable debt collection laws.

Qualifications (คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร)

1. Diploma or higher in any field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in debt collection, debt recovery, or debt management.
3. Experience in collecting hire-purchase, personal loan, or credit card debts is preferred.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to maintain accurate records.
6. Able to work under pressure, achieve collection targets, and comply with relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
