Collector Officer

FEZOTECH Nigeria Limited is looking for motivated and results-driven Collection Officers to join our team at the Isheri OPIC branch.

The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue loan repayments, following up on outstanding accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and supporting the achievement of the company's collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers whose loan repayments are overdue through phone calls and other approved communication channels.
• Follow up consistently on outstanding loan accounts to facilitate repayment.
• Negotiate appropriate repayment arrangements with customers in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments and repayment updates.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
• Escalate difficult or unresolved accounts to the appropriate Team Lead.
• Maintain professionalism when communicating with customers and protect confidential customer information.
• Comply with company policies, collection procedures and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE/OND or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with targets and under reasonable pressure.
• Must have an Android smartphone with at least 3GB RAM.
• Previous experience in loan collection, customer service, telesales or a related role is an advantage.
• Candidates residing around OPIC, Berger, Mowe and nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive monthly compensation of approximately ₦85,000–₦150,000, depending on performance and applicable benefits.
