Key responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum and course syllabi in collaboration with academic leaders
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster student growth and achievement
• Assess student progress through tests, projects, and consultations, providing academic advising and guidance
• Manage classroom discipline and student safety both on and off campus, including internships and activities
• Participate in faculty meetings, research, community outreach, and student organizations as assigned
• Uphold the university's reputation through professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to its mission

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, English, or a related field
• Master's degree in Mathematics, Science or a vertically aligned program (preferred)
• At least one (1) year of college-level teaching experience
• Strong mastery of subject concepts and effective teaching strategies
• Skilled in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
