Collegiate Select Director

For our client, we are seeking a Collegiate Select Director to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This remote role will drive collegiate partnership growth across athletics and university organizations, with a strong focus on relationship-building and long-term account expansion. The director will manage strategic sales efforts from pipeline development through renewal and agreement negotiation. Success in this role will come from connecting with athletic departments, campus leaders, and other stakeholders to create durable partnerships and support new institution onboarding.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of partners' goals and needs
• Create and manage a robust growth and renewal pipeline
• Leverage industry relationships to accelerate customer acquisition
• Lead the commercial process through effective negotiations and agreements
• Connect athletics with other campus departments to expand partnerships
• Support onboarding and early success for new institutions
• Execute collegiate RFPs and enhance operational procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years in collegiate sales or business development
• Five years in customer-facing strategic roles
• Experience in collegiate athletics or university environments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success building relationships with executive-level customers
• Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives with attention to detail
