Collibra Developer / Data Quality Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Collibra Developer / Data Quality Engineer with 58 years of expertise in Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality (DQ), Python, SQL, AWS S3, and Oracle databases. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring enterprise-wide data quality frameworks, ensuring trusted and governed data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Collibra Data Quality (DQ) solutions.
• Create datasets, execute DQ jobs, configure agents, and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Translate business requirements into automated data quality rules and monitoring frameworks.
• Build and maintain data quality dashboards, alerts, and reporting mechanisms.
• Perform data profiling, auditing, and analysis to identify data quality issues and trends.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain Python-based data quality automation solutions.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries across multiple databases.
• Integrate data quality processes with AWS S3, Oracle databases, and enterprise applications.
• Support metadata management, governance workflows, and glossary management within Collibra.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Engineering, and Business teams to improve data quality and compliance.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Management, Data Analysis, and Data Profiling.

• Strong hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality (DQ).
