• EXPERIENCED COLLISION REPAIR ESTIMATOR — JIM’S AUTO BODY

Jim’s Auto Body is looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our team.

Are you an experienced estimator who knows how to write a complete, accurate estimate and keep a repair moving?

• Minimum 3 years of collision repair estimating experience
• I-CAR certification preferred/required
• Strong working knowledge of CCC
• Solid understanding of collision repair procedures and estimating
• Ability to write accurate, thorough estimates and supplements
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, parts personnel, management, and insurance representatives
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple jobs and deadlines
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Must be a team player
• Must be comfortable working in a high-paced, high-volume environment

Qualified Service Writer / Estimators will possess the following:

• A minimum of 3 years estimating in an auto body shop required.
• Excellent customer service/sales background
• Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
• Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude
• Must have knowledge of CCC ONE/ Mitchell Connect
• ICAR certified

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
