The Role

As our Collision Estimator, you’ll be responsible for managing the repair process from start to finish, including:

• Writing and uploading accurate estimates with minimal errors.
• Communicating with customers and helping them understand the collision repair process.
• Managing estimates, insurance authorizations, parts, appointments, repairs, quality inspections, delivery, and cash-out.
• Working with major insurance companies throughout the repair process.
• Using Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems.
• Ensuring repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and following all safety procedures.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as required.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of direct collision repair/body shop estimating experience.
• 1–3 years of experience with Audatex and Mitchell.
• Experience working with major insurance companies.
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-motivated, positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
