We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to help guide customers through the repair process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, vehicle safety, and repair options.
• Prepare initial estimates, complete estimates after disassembly, and finalize repair plans.
• Manage repairs from check-in to delivery, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Perform in-process quality control inspections and coordinate required vehicle scans and repair procedures.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians, insurance representatives, and parts personnel to keep repairs on schedule.
• Review and complete repair orders, supplements, insurance paperwork, and final billing requirements.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and insurance carrier requirements are met.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced collision repair environment.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Experience with CCC ONE estimating software.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, technicians, and insurance partners.

Pay: $60,300.00 - $82,800.00 per year

Work Location: In person
