DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with CCC ONE
• Working knowledge of OEM repair procedures and modern vehicle technology
• Excellent organization, documentation and customer-service skills
• Ability to manage multiple repairs effectively
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendance

At least three years of collision estimating or repair-planning experience and DRP experience are preferred.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A COLLISION REPAIR COORDINATOR?

This is a full-time position with shifts varying within normal business hours.

As our Collision Repair Coordinator, you'll prepare accurate estimates and repair plans using CCC ONE, coordinate repairs through every stage, communicate regularly with customers and insurance partners, and ensure all documentation, supplements, and photographs are completed promptly. Working closely with technicians, parts and paint teams, vendors, and management, you'll monitor repair progress, identify potential delays, research OEM procedures and calibration requirements, follow up on opportunities, and help ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, efficiency, and repair quality.
