Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their desired hair colour outcomes and provide professional recommendations.
• Prepare and mix colour formulas accurately, adhering to safety standards and salon protocols.
• Apply hair colour treatments with precision, ensuring even coverage and optimal results.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing tools and equipment after each service.
• Stay updated on the latest colour techniques, trends, and product innovations to deliver cutting-edge services.
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to prolong their colour vibrancy.
• Support team members through mentoring on colour techniques and sharing best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hair colouring, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse techniques.
• Knowledge of store management principles is a plus for overseeing product inventory and retail sales.
• Skilled in barbering, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and upselling services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in front desk operations or appointment scheduling is advantageous.
• Passion for mentoring junior staff and sharing expertise to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
